White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

Simple Recipe. Amazing Cookies. What else do you need?!
Complexity Level: Easy
Makes: 5-6 dozen
White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies
What you Need:
1 cup Shortening
1 cup packed Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/8 cup Cream
2 cups Flour
2 cups Macadamia Nut Pieces
2 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips

To start, cream together the sugars and shortening. Next, add the vanilla, cream, salt, and eggs. Beat until combined and smooth. Add the flour 1/2 cup at a time along with the baking soda, and finally fold in the white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

When it's time to bake, pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Roll the cookies into 1 inch rounds and place onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Space the cookies 2- inches apart to allow space for the cookies to form.

Bake for 11-12 minutes. Remove and let cool. These cookies are absolutely delicious and hard to stop eating! I'll admit, I had a few to be sure! I hope you enjoy -- feel free to share your thoughts!

Thanks for baking with me and baby!

Best,
