Buffalo Wings

Everyone loves hot wings - Let's face it, they ROCK!
These wings will make everyone jealous, because YOU made them!
Complexity Level: Easy
Buffalo Wings
What You Need:
2 lbs. Chicken Wings
Oil for Frying
1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
4 tbsp Butter

Yeah thats right, simple list, amazing meal. All you need is time, and hunger! Two things that are simple to grab! To start, heat your oil for frying. I used a 4 qt soup pot with 1 1/2 quarts of oil. If you have a deep fryer, then you can just use that (lucky! lol).

While your oil is heating (medium heat), melt the butter and hot sauce together in a small saucepan, over low heat. When the oil is ready, add the wings (I did 1lb at a time) and cook 25-30 minutes. Be sure to stir the wings to prevent them from burning on the bottom. browning on only half the wing.

Remove from the oil and place into a bowl. Add the hot sauce mixture and toss to coat.  Simple food, good fun. These were so good, my husband even noted they were restaurant quality (and then he paced waiting for the second batch to finish!)
