Simple Deviled Eggs

These are lower in fat than normal... so devilish they truly are!
Complexity Level:  Easy
Simple Deviled Eggs
What You Need:
6 Hard Boiled Eggs
2 tbsp Fat Free Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Fresh Thyme, minced
Paprika

Simplicity is the art of this recipe!  After you hard boil the eggs, run them under cold water to cool.  Let them sit in the cold water for 15-20 minutes before making these.

Cut each egg in half, and gently place the yolks into a mixing bowl.  Place the egg whites aside for stuffing.  Mix the yolks with all the remaining ingredients, except the paprika.

The next part is one of Bargain Bites super quick fixes for pipetting things:  A zippy bag and scissors!!  Place the filling into the zippy bag and snip about 1/4 inch of the corner.  You my friend now have a fast and cheap bag to delicately squeeze the filling into each egg white.  Sprinkle with paprkia and viola!

These are so delicious and fun to change up!  I've added curry, cumin, and even basil to some for flavor changers, and they were fabulous!

  1. More people should get on the deviled egg train. Just saying, way under appreciated.
