Sundried Tomato Pesto Brie

Sundried Tomato Pesto Brie
What You Need:
1 Brie round (any size)
Pesto
5-8 Sundried Tomatoes, sliced
1 tbsp Pine Nuts

To start, layer pesto and sundried tomatoes ontop of the brie.  Top with the pines nuts and serve with crackers.

I like to assure the pesto really gets into the brie, so I slice the top layer off before adding the pesto and tomatoes. 

EIther way, this is one appetizer that is bold in color and flavor, and takes barely a minute to make!
