Gingerbread and Pecan Honey Brie

It's like topping an amazing cheese with the joys of Winter!
Complexity Level:  Easy
Gingerbread and Pecan Honey Brie
What You Need:
1 Brie Round (any size)
1/4 cup Crumbled Gingerbread Cookies
1-2 tbsp Honey
1/2 cup Whole Pecans

A simple yet elegant treat for any appetizer or desert shared with, or singly enjoyed by, you! 

To start, drizzle the top of the brie round with a small amount of honey.  This is a "glue" to hold the nuts opn with!

Next, top with the whole pecans and crumbled cookies, then drizzle with a heavy amount of honey.

Excellent with crackers and a glass pf sweet wine!

It's so fun to make such fabulous treats in hoardly anytime at all!
