Spinach and Feta Salad w/ Craisins

Simple, healthy, delicious food made from scratch with Love.
Complexity Level:  Easy
Spinach and Feta Salad w/ Craisins
What You Need:
Chopped Onions
Sweet Pomegranate Balsamic Dressing:
1/3 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 cup Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar
Juice of 1 Tangerine
1 tsp Garlic Salt
4 Basil Leaves

To make the dressing:
Place the sugar, vinegar, basil leaves, garlic salt, and tangerine juice into a blender or food processor.  Begin to blend.   While blending, slowly drizzle in the Olive Oil.  Only use as much olive oil as you feel fit (test the texture).  I like my dressing to me creamy and velvety, so about 3/4 cup was perfect.

No one will believe you made this.  It is so good, it tastes like you paid for it.  But it's our secret... and it's a fun and easy one!  Add Black Pepper and a Garlic Clove for a more robust dressing!

To make the Salad:
Place freshs baby Spinach into a large bowl, toss in chopped onions.  Top with Fresh Crumbled Feta and Craisins.  Serve either tossed in teh dressing, or keep the dressing on the side!
