Rouzaire brie de meaux tartlette aux poires

There is no wrong way with Puff Pastry!
Complexity Level:  Easy
Rouzaire brie de meux tartlette aux poires
(Brie and Pear tart)
What You Need:
Puff Pastry
1 Pear
Brown Sugar
Pinch Black Peper and Salt
2 oz. Brie (Rouzaire brie de meaux is my favorite!)
1 egg whisked with 1 tsp water

Super simple and incredibly amazing!  Cut 4inch by 4inch sqaures of Puff Pastry.  Brush each square with the egg wash mixture.  Poke holes in the center of each square, leaving 1 inch border.  Place the brie atop the pastry, then fan the pear slices over the brie.  Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt and black pepper (trust me!) and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or until toasty and golden brown.

Viola!  a "parfait" treat for then end of a busy weekend.
