Hot Apple Cabbage Salad

Crisp, fast, refreshing..... Yum!
Complexity Level:  Easy
Hot Apple Cabbage Salad
What You Need:
1 cup Chopped Cabbage
2 Apples, julienned
1 Shallot, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Apple Cider
1 pinch Sage
1 pinch Cinnamon
1 tsp Butter

To start, saute the cabbage, garlic, and shallot with the butter over medium low heat or about 5 minutes.  Stir often.  Next, add the cider, sage, cinnamon, and apples and raise heat to medium high.  Heat about 4 more minutes then remove from heat and serve.

Add bacon crumbles for a more hearty, smokey flavor!

Super fast, crisp, and full of healthy flavor!  This is the perfect taste of fall and simplicity.  I hope you Enjoy!

XOXO,
