Blue Cheese Vegetable Quiche

C'est parfait pour le matin!
Complexity Level:  Easy
Blue Cheese Vegetable Quiche
What You Need:
6 Eggs
Flaky Butter Crust (or pre-made Pie Crust)
1/2 cup Sliced Mushrooms
2 Chives, diced
1/4 cup Chopped Onion
1/4 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
1/4 cup Sundried Tomatoes, sliced
Pinch Salt
Pinch Black Pepper

To start, pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Place the Pie Crust into a lightly greased pie pan.  Whisk the eggs with the blue cheese, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup water.  Add the veggies and stir.  Pout the egg veggie mixture into the pie crust and bake 1 hour.

Serve warm with your favorite juice and enjoy!  This is a great way to start, or even end, your day!

  2. Too rich for my blood. Do you have suggestions for those of us for whom butter is a problem?

    I'm pretty sure of the answer, let me guess: "Get a life!?"

    No one has a solution on the butter thing.
    I love it, but it doesn't love me. :-(
