Beets and Horseradish

A simple, Eastern European tradition for holiday hams.
Beet and Horseradish
What You Need:
1 tsp Fresh Hoseradish
1 cup Crushed Beets

It is this simple.  But trust me, this combination + the sweet saltyness of ham = BRILLIANT!!

Mix together and chill before serving.  This will keep frsh up to a month, if you can kep it wround that long.  I think it makes a great sandwich kicker for any adventurous sandwich you make.

I like the ratio 1 tbsp horseradish, but I'm a spicy kinda lady!
