I haven't taken the opportunity to actually blog on my blog, as I have made it more a cookbook that blog. And realized today thatI am missing on an awesome opportunity to share more than just good food with friends and followers alike.
I guess I can start by actually introducing myself. In a world of unique people and daily routines, I think it is safe to say I am one of those super energetic, rare cases that we come across from time to time. I work full time as a Corporate Trainer, and cook every chance I get. I think cooking is what relaxes me, and sharing what I've made my evening and daily therapy.
I have been cooking since I can remember. When I was 7, I made it my job to learn how to cook, and helped coach my mother on butterflying chicken and making Chicken Kiev. From standing on a stool to reach the kitchen counter, and holding the knife with my mother's care, I decided then and there that this was my calling.
I have since catered, managed, and organized many events in various states. In addition I have taken my joy for food and started a candy company "Fudge My Life Candies". We make some of the best fudge I think anyone has tasted. In fact, we had to keep it word of mouth, for once you taste it, the orders are non stop. Perhaps even overwhelming if I didn't love the labor so much!
But all of this is just what I do. I have 2 cats, no kids, and have been married just over a year. Kids one day, but for now its work and figuring out where I will be over the next few years. I absolutely love reading about and sharing with all those like me through various blogs, as I see like many, I too have a passion for all things food. I am also obsessed with the beach, and wish I lived on one.
In any note. I am obsessed with, and possibly addicted to, cooking. I hope that I have been able to share some of my self made recipes with you and your families/ friends.
Which brings me to the next question. What in the world should I cook up next? Brie Tartlette with Pears and Apples? A TVP Burger with Vegan Cheese? Spinach, Feta, and Sun dried Tomato stuffed Pork Loin? Pumpkin Apple Pie? I just don't know. I have too many ideas and not enough direction!
And so I ask, "What do you want next!?" Please share your ideas and I assure you I will create the recipe that fits your cravings! Happy Halloween and start of the winter season :)
I hope to hear from you soon!
