Vegan Chilli

Absolutely filling, and no one will miss the meat!
Complexity Level:  Easy
Vegan Chilli
What You Need:
1 bag Boca Grounds
1 32oz. can Crushed Tomatoes
1 32oz. can Diced Tomatoes
2 cans Chill Hot Beans
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 can White Beans
1 can Kidney Beans
1 Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped
1 Yellow Onion. finely chopped
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Hot Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper

This is super simple!  To strart, add the onion and green bell pepper into a large pot with the 1 tbsp Olive Oil.  Begin to sweat out the flavors.  Then, add the minced garlic and begin to brown.  Add the boca grounds, crushed and diced tomotoes, and all beans.  Being to simmer.  Add salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste.  If you can't find the "chilli beans" add 2 tbsp Chilli Powder.

Simmer for 1 hour and serve.  The boca grounds make this look non-vegetarian, and in all honesty, meat lovers can't tell the difference.  This heart healthy, low fat meal will be a winner in every household!
