Sweet Chili Hoisin Glazed Tofu

Chilled or served warm, this tofu is sure to spark up the night!
Complexity Level:  Easy
Sweet Chili Hoisin Glazed Tofu
What You Need:
2 packages Xtra Firm Tofu
1 tbsp Chili Pasta
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
Sea Salt
1 tbsp Water
Hoisin Sauce to glaze
1 head Broccoli, steamed
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

To start, preheat the over to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.  Dice the tofu and toss with 1 tbsp of the sesame oil.  Place onto a baking sheet and bake 1 hour.

Meanwhile, saute the garlic with the remaing sesame oil.  Add the honey, water, and chili paste and remove from heat.  Add salt for flavor.

Toss golden tofu with the chili paste and serve hot or cold.  Pictured over broccoli with a healthy hoisin glaze and sprinkled with crushed red pepper flakes.
