Strawberry and Blueberry Complex Buttters

Infusing butter with flavor makes everything more adventurous! 
Complexity Level:  Easy
Blueberry Butter
What You Need:
Blueberry Butter
2 Sticks Salted Butter, room temperature
1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries, thawed and drained

Strawberry Butter
2 sticks Salted Butter, room temperature
8oz. frozen Strawberries in Syrup, thawed, save juice

The simplest idea but amazing results.  Fold the fruit into your butter and chill.  WHenchilled this is amazing for topping toast, pancakes, breads, muffins, waffles, really anything sweet you love to eat.  This concept can make anything, sweet, savory, spicy, etc.

If you do not like the fruit pieces, puree and drain the fruit, the mix into the butter.  Chill and enjoy a smoother, flavorful treat!
