Edamame Hummus

No one said you had to follow the rules.
Complexity Level:  Easy

Edamame Hummus
What You Need:
16 oz. frozen Shelled Edamame (thawed)
1 tsp Salt
Water
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic, roughly chopped
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds (or tahini)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice

To start, place the edamame, garlic cloves, and and about 1/2 cup water into a blender.  Set to puree.  If needed, add more water to  lubricate as needed.  Next, remove top cap of blender while puree is running, and add salt, sesame seeds (or tahini) and lemon juice.  Slowly drizzle olive oil.  Puree for about 2 minutes then the hummus is ready to serve.

This is so healthy for you, your heart, and it's even easier to make!  I hope you enjoy!  Please share your pictures and stories!
