What You Need:
1 Cauliflower, chopped
1 tbsp Spicy Curry Powder
1 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
Green Onions
This is so simple, but no one needs to know! To start, mix the curry powder and oil. Toss/ rub the chopped cauliflower with the oil mixture and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and well roasted.
Remove from oven and let cool. When cooled, toss with the chopped green onions. This is an awesome side for any meal, and awesome with Salads!
