Black Bean Pine Nut Burgers

Mmmmmm, this is a good thing! Nom, Nom, Nom, Nom...
Complexity Level:  Easy
Black Bean Pine Nut Burgers
What You Need:
1/3 cup Pine Nuts
2/3 cups Plain Bread Crumbs
1 15oz. Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Mustard
1 tbsp Braggs Amino Acids (or Soy Sauce)
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Super simple recipe!  To start,  add all the ingredients to a food processor.  Pulse 10-15 times to combine. No food processor?  Add all ingredients to a zippy bag and smash together.  Chill mixed ingredients two hours or over night.

Form into 3 patties.  Pan cook 10-12 minutes on each side, over medium heat.  Remove and serve with your favorite toppings.  Pictures with Ketchup, CHeese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and BBQ sauce.

Enjoy!
XOXO,
