Bacon Lettuce Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Let your mouth do the crunches today!
Complexity Level:  Easy
Bacon Lettuce Buffalo Chicken Wrap
What You Need:
1 large Tortilla per serving
2-3 Boneless Chicken Breasts, sliced into 1in thick tenders
12 oz. Bacon
Sea salt
1 tsp Olive Oil
Franks Red Hot Sauce

Optional Additions
Red Onion

To start, cook both the chicken tenders and the bacon.  To cook the chicken, it is best to use 1 tsp olive oil and a pinch of sea salt.  Cook until each side has golden color and the meat is cooked through, then ass about 1 tbsp hot sauce to the skillet and cook 2-3 more minutes.

Once the chicken is fully cooked, warm your tortilla by setting it in the microwave for 10 seconds, or steam it by setting it over a pot of hot water.

If using mayo, brush the tortilla with mayo.  Add the lettuce, bacon, and buffalo chicken tenders to the tortilla and wrap.  You can add cheese, onions, and tomato for an added crunch to this wrap if desired!

Slice in half and serve with your favorite tortilla chips or fries.  What an excellent treat without the restaurant buzz.  Pictured with Lettuce and Cheddar Cheese in the wrap.
