Seitan Stir Fry

Fresh ingredients make food fantastic!
Complexity Level:  Easy
Seitan Stir Fry
Seasoned Seitan (I use Mock Pork)
1/2 cup Yellow Squash, chopped
8 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
1/2 cup Broccoli, chopped
1/2 Red Onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Sliced Carrots
1/2 cup Baby Carrots
1 cup Bean Sprouts
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
Sarancha
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce (I use the Vegetarian Kind -- no fish)
1 tsp Molasses
3 cloves Garlic, minced

To start, blanch your baby carrots and broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.  Meanwhile, heat the oil, minced garlic, and seitan in a large skillet.  After about 3-4 mintues, toss in the vegetables and sauces.  Continously toss and stir.

Add your desired amount of Sarncha hot sauce and serve with the bean sprouts on top!  Super simple, fresh, and healthy.  Everyone will enjoy!

Enjoy!

XOXO,
