Chunky Guacamole

Super simple and absolutely tasty!
Complexity Level:  Easy
Chunky Guacamole
What You Need:
2 Ripe Avocados
2 tbsp Minced Fresh Cilanto
Juice of 1 Lime
2 Roma Tomatos
1/4 Red Onion
2 Cloves Garlic, minced

Dice tomatoes, Red Onion, the Jalapeño. Next, cut the avocados in half, remove the seed, then scoop the avocado into a medium sized bowl .

Squeeze the lime juice over the avocado, sprinkle with salt, and mash until smooth. Gently fold in the minced cilantro, garic, and diced vegetables. Serve with fresh tortillas, pretzels, or smear onto your favorite sandwiches and wraps for a tasty treat!
