And that's a good thing. because this recipe will turn your day into an amazing event, it can turn simple grilled fish or chicken into a serious restaurant fair... it may even turn your dreams into reality. It is that easy and delicious.
Mango Salsa
What You Need:
1 tbsp minced Cilantro
3 Ripe Mangos, diced
1 large Sweet Onion, chopped
(excellent with Red Onion too!)
1 Lime, Juice only
Sea Salt to taste
3 Ripe Tomatoes, diced
1 clove Garlic, minced
**add fresh jalepenos for a crisp spice kick!

In a large bowl, toss the diced mango, tomato, and chopped onion with the Lime juice, garlic and cilantro.  Chill 30 minutes.  Serve over Salmon, Chicken, or as an appetizer over fresh garlic crostini (pictured).

Amazingly fresh and simple to make!
