Grilled Balsamic Portobellos

Sinfully delicous healthy food in minutes.
Grilled Balsamic Portobellos
What You Need:
2 Portobello Mushroom Caps, de-stemmed
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Pinch Black Pepper
Pinch Sea Salt
1 Red Onion, sliced 1/4 inch thick rounds
Olive Oil to Brush

Brush the portobellos lightly with olive oil.  Whisk your vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl then pour over the gill side of each cap.  Marinate for 30 minutes, or however long you need. 

Be sure to brush your grill with olive oil, then grill the caps gill side up for 6 minutes, turn, then 6 more.  While your mushrooms are grilling, brush your onion slices with olive oil and grill to add a smokey flavor to those as well! 

These are great as burgers with melted gouda and mozzarella,your grilled onions, fresh salted tomato slices, and a rosemary lemon maynoaise.
