What You Need:
1 lb. Fresh Asparagus
Pinch Black Pepper
Toss the raw asparagus in the olive oil and place over the grill. Be sure to rotate, but be careful not to loose your veggies in the fire. Grill for 10-12 minutes, remove, and toss in fresh lemon juice and sea salt. For a more smokey flavor, grill your lemon hlaves before juicing, then toss the asparagus with the grilled lemon juice.
Excellent as a side to any meal.
