Soy Sesame Grilled Ribeye

Because sometimes you just need to grill a steak.... and make it good too.
Complexity Level:  Easy
Soy Sesame Grilled Ribeye
What You Need:
2-3 Ribeye Steaks
1 tsp Sesame Oil
Black Pepper
1 tsp Soy Sauce

To start, rub each rib eye with a small amount of sesame oil and soy sauce, then sprinkle with slt and pepper.  Let this chill for 1 hour, or until ready to cook.  Grill until desired temperature.  Best if served Meium rare - Medium.

To serve, this is delicious with a dusting of sesame seeds and sesame oil.  Do note that sesame oil goes a long way, so for the entire recipe no more than a tsp is required.

Great with Grilled Bok Choy and steamed brocolli drizzled with butter and soy sauce!
