Hoisin Glazed Grilled Tofu

On a scale of 1 to amazing, this was AHH-MAZING!
Complexity Level:  Easy
Hoisin Glazed Grilled Tofu
What You Need:
2 Firm Tofu Blocks
1 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Vegetarian Hoisin Sauce

Cut each block in half long ways, then each of those in half again.  Rub soy sauce and sesame oil onto each then let marinate for at least 2 hours.

Heat the grill to medium, lightly coating the rack with olive oil.  Grill for 10-15 minutes, or until desired doneness.  Drizzle with Hoisin and serve with all your favorite fixings.  I had grilled lemon sea salt asparagus and bread with mine!
