Grilled Sesame Tofu w/ Spicy Coco-Peanut SacueWhat You Need:
1 Firm Tofu Block, halved
1 tsp Sesame Oil + extra to drizzle
Spicy Coco-Peanut Curry Sauce
Chives
Crushed Peanuts
To Start, rub the Tofu in the Seasame Oil and Grill. Grill Each side 4-5minutes (Total Grill Time 20 minutes). Remove from grill and drizzle (generously) with the Peanut Sauce. Next, lightly drizzle with Sesame Oil, and garnish with chives and crushed peanuts.
So amazing I can't say more!
