Grilled Veggie Feta Flatbread

 Yum + Grill = Yes!
Complexity Level:  Intermediate
Grilled Veggie Feta Flatbread:
What You Need:
Pizza Dough (Make your own, or buy pizza dough fresh!)
Feta
Tomatoes
Black Olives
Green Onions
Red Onions
Bell Peppers
Olive Oil
Garlic
Basil
Parsley
Thyme
Salt

Grill the green onions and bell peppers whole, and halve and grill the red onions then let cool.  Slice and set aside.  Do not grill the black olive or tomatoes, but do slice and set aside.

Grill the dough for 2 minutes on each side.  Remove from grill and brush with olive oil and salt.  Spriknle with Garlic powder (Or shmear roasted garlic paste) , then begin building your toppings.  Place onto a baking sheet then place onto grill and close.  Bake for 5-6 minutes then remove.  Sprinkle with remaining hers and drizzle with Olive Oil.  Slice and serve!
