Grilled Lemon Dill Steelhead Trout

So amazing tasting that seconds were a given!
Complexity Level:  Easy
Grilled Lemon Dill Steelhead Trout
What You Need*:
2 Lemons, sliced (juice 1/2 of one and set aside)
1 tbsp Dill
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 lb Steelhead Trout, deboned
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Flakes

In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, garlic, onion power, and cayenne and set aside to cool.

Sprinkle trout with sea salt and lightly brush with butter mixture 1 hour before grilling.

Grill and grill fish skin side down alongside the sliced lemon.  Flip and continue to grill until fish is cooked (about 12 minutse/ 6 on each side).  Remove from heat and drizzle with butter sauce and juice of grilled lemon slices.  Serve with grilled lemon as a garnish and parsley to add color.

This may seem simple, but is absolutely amazing in flavor!  Served over a bed of fresh Spinach Leaves*
