Grilled 10oz. Burgers

Because a softball also looks good when made out of beef!
Complexity Level:  Easy
Grilled 10oz. Burgers
What You Need:
3 lbs of Ground Beef
BBQ Sauce
Dry Rub:
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Smoked Salt (optional)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Parsley
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

In a small bowl, mix together all spices for your Dry Rub.  Set aside.

Form 4-5 large patties from the grond beef and sprinkle with your dry rub.  Grill 10-12 minutes on each side for Medium, or to your preference well-ness.  Brush with BBQ sauce while grilling to give the burger a carmelized smokey flavor.

Serve with your fvorite cheese, bun, and toppings, or alone with a salad for a gluten free fare!

The flatter burger is the same portion, only flatter to create a well down burger without fail per request
