I recently made this for a Crepe themed wedding I catered... and it went FAST!
What You Need:
(this recipe is easily doubled)
2 8 oz blocks Cream Cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Half and Half (can use Whole Milk-use more for a thinner sauce)
The juice of 5 Clementines
The zest of 1 orange
The simplicity of the recipe makes it all the better. To start, add all ingredients to blender. Blend on high for 2 minutes. You can alter the flavors by using lime, lemon, or even grapefruit zest and juice. This is awesome on pancakes, crepes, waffles, fruit (add more powdered sugar to thicken), and even french toast. Chill to serve.
