Crêpes françaises

Oh my are these to absolutely amazing!!
Complexity Level:  Easy
Crêpes françaises
What You Need:
2 cups Whole Milk
2 tbsp Melted Butter
1 tbsp Vanilla
1 1/4 cup Flour
1 tbsp Sugar
1 pinch Salt
3 Eggs

To start, sift together the flour, salt, and sugar.  Place aside.  In a blender, blend the milk, vanilla, and eggs.  Add the flour and melted butter to the blended milk, and blend for 2 minutes.  Let chill 1 hour.  Pour 2 tbsp over a griddle, or hot skillet, and spread out to a thin sheet.  This will cook roughly 1 minute on each side.  To make a savory crepe, avoid using sugar and vanilla, and add a dash or lemon juice and a little more salt.

Serve with your favorite toppings.  I love fresh berries, nutella, and Orange Dream Sauce.

Enjoy!

XOXO,
