Moist Banana Muffins

Take those over ripened Bananas and make some Fun!
(These muffins were devoured before I could take a picture!)

Moist Banana Muffins
What You Need:
3-4 Very Ripe Bananas
3/4 cup White Shugar
1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 sticks Salted Butter
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 Eggs
3 cups Flour
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
**you can add coconut flakes and/ or walnuts for a delicious hearty muffin that everyone will love!

Preheat over to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 

In a large bowl, beath the eggs, bananas, sugars, butter, and vanilla.  Add the salt and cinnamon, then slowly add the flour and baking soda.  Mix until combined.  This will be a thicker batter, but will bake into fluffy muffins.  Grease your muffin Pan and fill each cup 3/4 full.  If you wanted to add nuts/ coconut add them after folding in the flour.

Bake for abotu 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.  These are wonderful served warm with butter!
