Baked Hot Wings

Football, Soccer, or your favorite re-runs.  Hot wings are never a bad choice!
Baked Hot Wings
What You Need:
2 lbs Chicken Wing
1/4 cup Your Favorite Hot Sauce +
1/2 cup Your favorite Hot Sauce in a separate bowl
3 tbsp Oil
3 tbsp Melted Butter
1/2 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large bowl/ zippy bag pour the oil, 1/4 cup hot sauce, and raw chicken wings.  Toss to coat.  Place onto a large baking sheet and cover with foil.  Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Remove foil and turn heat to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.  Bake for 20 more minutes or until desired crisp. 

Meanwhile, whisk the 1/2 cup hot sauce, melted butter, and spices in a bowl.

Remove the wings from oven, and place into a large bowl.  Pour the whisked sauce over and plate to serve.  Yum!
