16 oz. Tomato Sauce
1/2 tsp Hot Sauce
2 cloves Garlic, minced (or 3/4 tsp Garlic Powder)
1 Pinch Dried Oregano
1 cup Shredded Carrots
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
In a large sauce pan, heat the garlic cloves (unless using powder--do not add powder to oil), onions, diced green pepper (not the 4 that will be stuffed), and boco grounds. Sautee.
