Golden color and Flavor!
Mint & Tumeric Wild Rice
What You Need:
4 1/2 cups Water
2 cups Mixed Rice (Long Grain and Wild Rice Best)
1 tsp Dried Mint or 1 tbsp Fresh Minced Mint
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp Tumeric
1/4 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Butter

Sautee the butter and rice. Next add the water and spices, turn to medium heat, and cover. After 8 minutes, stir, lower to medium low, cover and walk away. THis should cook about 12 more minutes. At this point, remove from heat, fluff with a fork andlet sit 5 inutes. Before serving give the rice one last fluff. This is exellent with curry dishes (Left: Pictured below with
