Low-Fat Veggie Lo-Mein

Scrumptiously making it's way onto your dinner plate!
Low-Fat Veggie Lo-Mein
What You Need:
Lo Mein Noodles
Zucchini, chopped
10 mushrooms, sliced thin
Yellow Squash, chopped
1 Yellow Onion, minced
1/3 stalk Celery, chopped
1/2 cup Carrots, thinly sliced
1 Thai Chilli Pepper, minced
Green Bell Pepper, chopped
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Honey
Crush Red Pepper
2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Oil

Start by heating the oils, minced onion, garlic, mushrooms, and thai chilli pepper in the skillt.  Meanwhile boil the Lo Mein Noodles until cooked.  Add the carrots, celelry, zuchini, , bell pepperand squash.  Sautee for no more than 3 more minutes.  Add the Soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, and spices and remove from heat, stirring to combine all and preent the honey from burning on the hot skillet.  Toss in the cooked noodles and Viola!  Fast and easy healthy Veggie Lo Mein!
