Triple Threat Cookies

Watch Out!  These go FAST!
Triple Threat Cookies
What You Need:
3 sticks (3/4 lb) Butter
2 cups Sugar (separated into 2 bowls)
1 tbsp Vanilla
3 cups Flour (I like bread flour or Gluten Free Flour)
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 cup Peanut Butter Chips
1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips
2 Egg Yolks

What to do:
Start by creaming the butter and 1 cup sugar together.  Next, add the yolks and vanilla.  One cup at a time slowly mix in the flour.  Finally, fold in the chips.   Chill at least 2 hours.

Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.  These cookies will rise, and cook quickly as burning them will brown the butter content  I like to use a tbsp of dough, roll it into a ball, and smash it flat between my palms.  You do not have to space these out too far on the baking sheet, unlike many cookies, these will pretty much maintain their shapes.  Bake no more than 10 minutes.  DO NOT wait for them to brown.  You want them to light as possible.  Remove from baking sheet and let them cool.  When cool, toss into the remaining sugar.

Viola!  Triple Threat Delivers!  And they are soooooo yummy!!!

Enjoy!

XOXO,

Aimee
