Grilled Polenta

A Simple Side Dish... Yum!
Grilled Polenta
What You Need:
1 Roll Polenta (in most grocery stores)*
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Black Pepper
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 tsp Parsley Flakes
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Oregano

*Can make homemade polenta, then chill in a log shape the night before

So Simple!  Whisk the Olive Oil and spices in a small bowl.  slice the Polenta about 1/4-1/2 inch thick rounds.  Drizzle the olive oil mix over the polenta.  Massage the oil mixture all over the polenta and let sit 1 hour, up to over night.  Grill over low heat for about 15 minutes.  Turning after 8.  Serve as  side for teaks, burgers, or use as a topped for your favorite vegetable sandwiches!  Excellent simple side that is absolutely yummy!
