Grilled Pepper Steaks

You will ask "Is it ok to eat a second?"
Grilled Pepper Steaks
What You Need:
2-4 Filet Mignon/ Ribeye/ Sirloin Steaks
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Kosher salt
1 tbsp Black Pepper -- I like the freshly ground Mixed Pepper Corns
1/2 tsp Minced Garlic  (or 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder)

Simply amazing!  Heat the grill to start.  Next, whisk the olive oil, pepper, garlic, and salt.  Rub into the steaks.  The more you do this the higher the flavor WOW!  Pat the remaining spice blend onto the meat and grill side 6 minutes, then rotate at a 90 degree angle and grill 6 more.  this leaves those lovely perfect grill marks.  Flip and repeat.  Lessen the time 4 minutes for medium rare -- This recipe is for medium.  Let sit 3 minutes then serve!  Excellent with Sicilian Orzo as a Side!
