Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cookie size does matter.
Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies
What You Need:
2 sticks of Butter/ Margarine
2 cups Sugar (1 cup Sugar Free Baking Sugar Substitute)
1 1/4 bags Bittersweet or Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
2 1/2 cups Flour (Can Use Gluten Free)
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt

Seriously simple.  Absolutely delicious!  Preheat the over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Grease 6 -- or go in increments -- pasta bowls or 6in. baking dishes.  (you can of course, make them smaller, I just 1. got lazy and 2. wanted a big cookie!)

Mix the room temperature butter, eggs, vanilla (I love to use Mexican Vanilla) and sugar in a large bowl.  Slowly mix in the flour, salt, soda, and baking powder. Next, fold in the chips/ chunks.  Spoon about 1/6 batter into each dish, and bake 18-23 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges.

Because of size, these cookies take a little longer to bake, as the centers will be thicker.  So do not stress!  They will be absolutely yummy, are great for mini birthday cookie cakes, and look fantastic if you have a heart shaped baking tin!

Enjoy, and grab some Milk!!

XOXO,
