Fish Tacos

These are so cheap... it's fishy.

Fish Tacos
What you Need:
1 cup Shredded Cabbage
2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder (or 2 minced cloves)
2 tbsp minced Red Onion
2 tbsp Sour Cream + 1 tsp Hot sauce
Pico de Gala
4 Pollock/ Halibut filets
1 package Taco Seasoning
1/2 cup Flour

Mix the sour cream, hot sauce, garlic, and 1/2 packet of taco seasoning in a small bowl.  Toss the cilantro, cabbage, and red onion into the sour cream sauce and let sit at least 1 hour.  After the cabbage has sat at least one hour begin to cook the fish by mixing the flour and 1/2 the taco seasoning packet in a small bowl, and dust each filet.  Heat 2 tbsp Olive Oil in a medium skillet.  Cook eat filet and set aside.  You will build the tacos by placing the soft or hard shell down, adding a filet, top that with the pico, then top that with the cabbage salad.  Excellent with a cold citrusy beer!

Enjoy!

XOXO,

Aimee
