Watermelon Feta Salad

A recipe that takes less than 5 minutes and tastes amazing!
Watermelon Feta Salad
What You Need:
2 cups Diced Watermelon
3 tbsp Feta Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Minced Cilantro
1 Serrano or Jalepeno Chili/Pepper

Dice the watermelon the toss with the salt, pepper, and feta.  Add the cilantro, minced chili/pepper,  and drizzle in the balsamic.  Serve chilled or as is for a wonderful side!  The longer this chills the more the feta will dissolve and add flavor to the watermelon!  Excellent as a side to burgers and grilled tofu!
