Spicy Pineapple Lime Shrimp Kabobs

Some of the simplest and best Shrimp I've had... 
Complexity Level:  Easy
Spicy Pineapple Lime Shrimp Kabobs
What You Need:
1.5 - 2 lbs. Raw Shrimp -- Cleaned, skinned, de-tailed
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
3 slices Pineapple, diced
1/4 Red Onion, diced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lime Juice

In a small mixing bowl, whisk oil, lime juice, and spices.  Add Raw shrimp and let sit 5 minutes.  Meanwhile, pre-heat grill and dice the onion and pineapple.  Skewer the shrimp, pineapple, and onion, and place on grill.

This will be a quick cook as shrimp only takes minutes!  Watch as the raw shrimp begins to turn pink, flip the skewers, and cook 4 more minutes.  The total grilling time should be no more that 8-10 minutes or the shrimp will lose juice and turn gummy.

This recipe is absolutely amazing!  I shared with a stranger coming to our apartment grills, and he asked for seconds!  Yum!
