Simple Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Cake

Baking Heaven in Seconds.... Now thats a Bargain!
Another one for the quick recipes!  I figured if I was going to get cake mix, I should post at least two different recipes for all those busy people out there that still want to bake!  This one is actually super easy and looks fabulous once baked!  Enjoy!

Simple Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Cake
1 box Devils Food Cake Mix
3 Eggs
1 cup Water
2 tbsp Oil
1 cup Crunchy Peanut Butter

Stop!  You are not following the box recipe so throw that out!  Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Grease a 9X13" pan and set aside.  In a large mixing bowl, mix the water, cake mix, oil, eggs, and 3/4 cup of peanut butter (you may want to soften that for 30 seconds in the microwave first).   Melt the remaining 1/4 cup of peanut butter (it doesn't have to be an exact measurement on how much you mix in the batter or swirl, so don't stress oven measuring them out perfectly) by microwaving it for about 20 seconds.  Pour the cake batter into the greased pan, then drizzle the melted peanut butter over it.  Using a sppon or knife, swirl the peanut butter into the batter, not totally mixing it in but leaving it swirled.  Bake for 40-45 minutes, and let cool 1 hour before serving!  Absolutely gorgeous and delicious if you like Peanut Butter Chocolate!

Enjoy!

XOXO,
Aimee
