Complexity Level:  Easy
Amazing and Simple Layered Bean Dip!
What You Need:
2 cans Refried Beans
1 package Taco Seasoning
2 16 oz containers Sour Cream with Chives (Or plain and add 1/2 cup chopped chives)
1/3 Red Onion, Minced
5 Avocados
1 Lime
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Pinch Salt
Fresh Cilantro
1 Tomato
Black Olives, Sliced
Fresh Romaine (or 1/2 cup chopped Lettuce)
1 cup Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
1-2 Jalepenos/ Serrano Chillies

First, mix the (2) cans of refried beans with the taco seasoning.  Spread this across the bottom of a 9X13 pan (glass/plastic/disposable).  Next, wither mix the chopped chives with the sour cream, or if the sour cream with chives is available, spread 16 oz across the bean layer.

Top layer of dip!
The next layer is 2 tbsp minced cilantro and will not cover the sour cream, but rather add flavor to it.  In a small bowl, add the halved avocados, juice of 1 lime, and the garlic powder and salt, and mix until almost smooth (this alone is amazing guacamole!).  Spread this over the sour cream and cilantro layer.  Add the rest of the sour cream (16 remaining oz) over the avocado.  The next layer is the chopped lettuce and cheese, topped with the olives, tomatoes and optional jalepeno/serrano pepper.

This is so amazing!  The flavors as so enhanced by each other that this sip will go fast and cause addictions!  YUM!

**Make it Personal:  Fill small plastic cups with each layer to create an individual serving.  This is great for Game Day, Parties, or to prepare some for lunch!

Thanks for Dipping By!

XOXO,
