Grilled Veggie Kabobs

A Simple Way to Make Vegetables Taste Even Better!
Grilled Veggie Kabobs
What You Need:
(Your Fav Veggies!)
Mushrooms
Onions
Zucchini
Corn on the Cob
Yellow Squash
Carrots
Bell Peppers
Jalepenos
Potatoes*
Cauliflower
Broccoli

Marinade
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

This looks like a huge list, but really just use the vegetables you like!  Start by heating the grill.  Next, whisk the Salt, Pepper, balsamic, garlic, red pepper flakes, and oil in a small mixing bowl.  Skewer your vegetables however you see fit, making them unique to your design preferences!  Brush with the vinegar and oil mixture. Grill for 8 minutes, then flip, and brush again.  Repeat until you feel the kabobs are the doneness you want, for me it took about 18-20 minutes.

*If you are using potatoes, I highly recommend microwaving or flash boiling them them for a few minutes to slightly soften, as they will take some time on the grill if raw!
