Grilled Garlic Parmesan Portobellos

Simple Amazing, Low Fat, and Wonderful in the Sun!
Grilled Garlic Parmesan Portobellos
What You Need:
4 Portobello Caps
1/2 cup "Kraft Low Fat Garlic Parmesan Balsamic" or the following:
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Minced Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

If you are not using the salad dressing, whisk the balsamic, olive oil, parmesan, salt and pepper, and garlic in a small bowl.  Clean the mushroom caps by removing the stem.  I like the gills but you can also use a spoon and de-gill the cap.  Pour the balsamic mix or the pre-made dressing over the cleaned caps and marinate at least 1 hour but up to 1 day.  Grill about 5 minutes on each side and serve!  Great if you melt feta on top, or even blue cheese!  Excellent over a salad or as a burger substitute!
