Potato Bread

This Bread Is AWESOME!
Potato Bread
3 Eggs
1/2 cup Oil
1 cup Mashed Potatoes
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
3 cups All Purpose Flour (can Use Gluten Free)
1 tsp Salt
3 tbsp Melted Butter
1/2 tsp Onion Powder (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a mixer or large bowl, mix the eggs, melted butter, oil, and mashed potatoes until combined. Slowly add flour, salt, baking powder and onion powder (optional). This batter will look like a thick mashed potato blend. You will now want to form the batter into a loaf, and place it into a well greased loaf pan, and bake for 1 hour. Before baking, I brush with oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Let sit for at least 20 minutes before removing from pan. Great for toast, sandwiches, burgers, or buttered and as a side!

My bread is a little flat because I do not own a loaf pan.... I know I know, I need one! Still good though!
