What you Need:
1 pint (16 oz) Fresh Strawberries
6 oz Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Water
1/4 tsp Salt
Puree the water, salt, vinegar, and strawberries in a food processor until smooth. Slowly drizzle in the oil ounce by ounce to let the dressing emulsify. Chill and serve over your favorite salad! I used fresh tomato, fresh mushrooms, and romaine as my salad, and drizzled this over -- absolutely fantastic, simple, and impressive!
